Pahi Coastal Walk launches

Newly launched is the Pahi Coastal Walk, a three day catered coastal walk on a privately owned farm in the Coromandel Peninsula. Co-owner Cath Ward asked Tangata Media to do the search engine optimisation (SEO)  of the website.

Step one, identify the keywords. No easy task when search engine statistics for domestic tourism has been tipped upside down due to the Covid-19 pandemic, with the same going for international tourists from traditional markets in the United States, Europe, and Australia. In this case a good strategy was to identify the competitors and then see what keywords they use.

Step two, populate the backend of the website with meta data containing the keywords and useful information for potential customers.

Step three set up the Google Analytics dashboard so Cath can see keywords are working and what pages users linger over.

Step four, advise Cath about some offline, or real life, things she can do to continually improve organic search presence. Like, build relationships with other operators in the Coromandel with the aim of sharing mutually beneficial links with www.pahicoastalwalk.co.nz. And set up a system to collect online reviews from walkers.

Anyway, if you want three days of paradise, then I can highly recommend the Pahi Coastal Walk on the Coromandel Peninsula.
